CEA，NSE，Cyfra21-1 three tumor markers. Detecting the levels of tumor markers in human serum, primarily used for the differentiation diagnosis and staging of tumors, prognosis assessment, treatment monitoring, and recurrence monitoring.

Product Performance:
■ Accuracy: CEA: The certified reference material is used as a sample for detection, and the relative deviation of the measurement result shall be in the range of ±10.0%. NSE, CYFRA21-1: The difference between the recovery rate of each sample and the average recovery rate does not exceed ±10.0%
■ Limit of detection: The limits of detection of CEA and NSE shall not be greater than 0.5ng/mL; the limit of detection of CYFRA21-1 shall not be greater than 0.8ng/mL;
■ Linearity: CEA: 0.5-1,000.0 ng/mL, r > 0.9900;
■ NSE: 0.5-200.0 ng/mL, r > 0.9900; CYFRA21-1: 0.8-120.0 ng/mL, r > 0.9900;
■ Repeatability: CV≤ 8.0%.
