Product Performance:
■ Accuracy: The bias value of Anti-dsDNA is ±10% within labeled value using international reference, national reference and enterprise reference as sample. The recovery ratio scope of Anti-dsDNA is 85~115%.
■ Lowest detectable limit: the LOD of Anti-dsDNA≤0.5IU/mL. Other 14 biomarkers detect the reference L1-L4, L1 test results were positive, L4 test results were negative, L2 and L3 were not required;
■ The liner range of Anti-dsDNA is1-500IU/mL;
■ Repeatability: CV ≤ 10.0%.
